Value as an investment style has under performed Growth for a number of years. In this piece we illustrate that the spread between value and growth is now at historically high levels. In the past, a high valuation spread has contributed to a higher subsequent relative return for the value style. Patient investors will be rewarded for sticking with value in the longer run.
